• Contacting NDIS: If there’s no LAC in your area, call 1800 800 110 for assistance.

For children younger than 9, families are encouraged to talk to an early childhood partner before applying. They can provide pre-application supports and help determine if the NDIS is suitable.

When you apply, you or your authorised representative will need to:
