We are Upgrading Our Systems: Moving from MYP to Navigator

At ISM, we are committed to making plan management simpler, faster, and more transparent for everyone we support. Over the coming week, we will be migrating our plan management software from MYP to Navigator—a change that will also replace our current email management and MYP CRM.

This upgrade is designed to streamline our systems and improve your experience across the board.


Why we’re making the change

Navigator provides equivalent capabilities to MYP, with a more modern and innovative approach to software development. This migration allows us to deliver improvements that matter day-to-day, including:

  • A truly native mobile app option

  • Better statements, reporting, and insights

  • Improved visualisation of funding periods (where applicable)

  • Greater access to your history with ISM (for clients, Support Coordinators, and now also providers)

We are genuinely thankful to MYP for their support over the past 5+ years, and this decision is about moving forward with a platform that supports the next stage of service improvement.


Temporary invoice processing disruption

To complete the migration safely, there will be a short disruption to invoice processing:

  • Invoices will not be processed for 3 business days: 18-20 March 2026

  • Any backlog will be handled efficiently within the following 5 business days: 20-25 March 2026

We’ll work to reduce disruption as much as possible and keep things moving quickly once processing resumes.


What you may notice during the transition

During the migration window, you may experience:

  • Slight delays in invoice processing and updates

  • Changes to how statements and reports look

  • New ways to access information/history as Navigator becomes active
